DCSL uses Redbus Interhouse to host our customers’ applications and web-sites. Redbus servers have clean power supply, failsafe redundancy, are firewalled, mirrored and backed-up, to provide as near 100% availability as can be achieved.

Service-orientated
Customers can log support calls with us by phone, fax or email. The system automatically confirms receipt of the request and texts our senior engineer, who assigns the work. Every move and call is logged, and everyone is kept informed. On completion, the customer is emailed with full details of the action taken.
